also why we recommend getting an additional mineral protective treatment at the end of your 

whitening treatment and to drink plenty of water for the next couple of days. We also do not 

recommend choosing the shade for any dental work that same day. If you plan to proceed with 

any cosmetic work such as veneers or crowns we generally suggest waiting a week before 

picking a shade. In the competitive world of business great skills, a positive attitude, and a 

willingness to step up and do the job are all important. Whether we want to admit it or not, 

physical appearance is important too. Clients should try to be realistic with their whitening

results because everyone's degree of staining will be different and depending on the severity

of teeth stain, one or more treatments may be required for desired results.
